The main ingredient in OxyFLEX Comfort Cream is the hyper-oxygenated corn oil we import from Europe. This exclusive and proprietary process was developed at the Pasteur Institute in Paris in the 1950’s and 60’s. We have over 25 yrs of research and experience with these oils and their pain relieving ability. We also have a patent on our process. No other company in the world has this exclusive process.
When applying is OxyFLEX cold or hot?
OxyFLEX is neither hot nor cold. It is a smooth silky like cream that absorbs rapidly into the skin. Some customers say they feel a very light cold or warm sensation but normally this is not the case.
How do you apply OxyFLEX?
OxyFLEX is a very concentrated cream. A pea to a dime sized amount is applied by massage at the point where the pain is the most intense. Be sure to massage in well because OxyFLEX works at the micro vascular level to provide pain relief.
Does OxyFLEX interact with any medications?
OxyFLEX is a topical pain reliever and does not interact with any medications. But if you are concerned you should always contact your Health Care Professional.
What are the ingredients in OxyFLEX?
The ingredients in OxyFLEX Comfort Cream are listed on each tube and are: water, oxidized corn oil, sodium acryltes copolymer, mineral oil, PPG-1 Trideceth-6, Eucalyptus Globulus Leaf Oil, Methylchloroisothiazolinone, Methylisothiazolinone, Menthol .75% and Phenoxyethanol.
Is OxyFLEX safe for children?
OxyFLEX Comfort Cream is safe for children over the age of 5 but should you have any concerns please contact your Health Care Professional.
I’m very allergic to various smells, does OxyFLEX have an odor?
Due to the very small amount of menthol in OxyFLEX there is a very slight odor. But as you massage in OxyFLEX the menthol scent disappears within approximately 60 seconds.
How quickly does OxyFLEX work?
Most people will feel some pain relief in the first few applications. But based upon the severity of the pain it could take longer. OxyFLEX works naturally with the body as a bio-mechanical application. The longer you use OxyFLEX the better it becomes.
How often should you or could you use OxyFLEX?
Under normal conditions you would apply OxyFLEX Comfort Cream two to three times a day. An application of OxyFLEX normally provides 8-12 hours of pain relief. If you feel the pain returning in less time then it is acceptable to reapply OxyFLEX as needed.
One caveat, if you are going to be exercising then you should apply OxyFLEX again before and after the exercise (golf, running, walking, tennis etc) to “prepare” and “repair” the specific area that is prone to pain.
Is OxyFLEX FDA approved?
The FDA approves only prescription products. You do not need to have a prescription to use OxyFLEX. All the ingredients in OxyFLEX meet the acceptable guidelines set forth by the FDA.
Is OxyFLEX available in stores or through the internet?
OxyFLEX is primarily available to the consumer thru our website at www.trusolutionscorp.com or www.myoxyflex.com. If you are a veteran OxyFLEX is carried in the majority of Army & Air Force base stores in the U.S. You should contact the store first to ask if they have OxyFLEX available. If your particular store doesn’t carry OxyFLEX please let us know and we’ll request that they do.
What studies have been completed on the efficacy of OxyFLEX?
Over the last 25 years many double blind placebo studies have been documented on our exclusive process. All ingredients, product use and product warnings are listed on the label.

What is the shelf life of OxyFLEX?
The product’s shelf life is 2 years, though it will probably last longer.
Can I use OxyFLEX with other modalities like ice packs?
You can use OxyFLEX in conjunction with ice packs or heating pads but it isn’t necessary nor is it recommended.
Should I wrap the area after I apply OxyFLEX?
It is not necessary nor advised to use a wrap after applying OxyFLEX.
Does OxyFLEX work on headaches?
OxyFLEX is not intended for this use but many people have experienced relief from headaches after applying a small amount at the back of the neck or around the temples or forehead. If you use OxyFLEX for headaches, please take extra precautions to keep away from the eyes and mucous membranes.
Can I use OxyFLEX on an open wound or after surgery?
OxyFLEX is not intended for either application.
I’m allergic to corn. Will OxyFLEX oils affect me?
We have never had a customer to date that was allergic to corn be allergic to OxyFLEX. The amount of corn oil in OxyFLEX should pose no problem but if you are concerned please consult your Health Care Provider.
If I’m pregnant or nursing can I use OxyFLEX?
OxyFLEX has not been tested on pregnant or nursing women. We suggest you consult your Health Care Professional if you are pregnant or nursing.
After ordering how long will it take for me to receive my order?
Under normal conditions we ship UPS Ground within 24 hours after receipt of your order or by next business day. We also offer Next Day and 2nd Day options with our carriers. You would choose the option you would like at the time of purchase.
If I have a damaged package what should I do?
If your package arrives damaged please contact our Customer Service Center at 866-699-3539 and inform them of the situation. Do not throw away the damaged tube as we may want the delivery service to pick it up and return it to us to evaluate why the damage occurred.
