If you wish to return your purchase you must follow our refund policy below. Following the instructions below insures your refund will be expedited in the shortest amount of time.
Package 1 - Single tube purchase:
* Within 30 days call Customer Service at 866-699-3539 and request an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization). This number must appear on the outside of the return box.
* Within your initial 30 days return the unused portion or empty OxyFLEX® Comfort Cream tube and include the original sales receipt that came in your box.
* Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases
Package 2 –Two tube purchase:
* Within 30 days call Customer Service at 866-699-3539 and request a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization). This number must be on the outside of the return box.
* Your Money Back Guarantee applies to one OxyFLEX tube only. Should both tubes be opened no refund will be issued.
* Within 30 days return the one used OxyFLEX tube with the other tube in resalable condition along with the original sales receipt
* Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases
* A 25% restocking fee of $6.00 based on our $24.00 retail price will be applied to the second tube returned in resalable condition and deducted from your refund.
* In the case where shipping fees were included in the original purchase the shipping fee for one tube $7.95 will be deducted from your refund.
Packages 3 and 4 – Three and four tube purchases:
* The Money Back Guarantee does NOT apply to these two packages. These two packages are primarily intended for our regular customers to save money. Any customer can purchase these two packages with the understanding that the Money Back Guarantee does not apply.
TruSolutions Corporation reserves the exclusive right to determine if returned product is in resalable condition and the purchaser agrees to abide by this decision. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA and will be returned at the buyer’s expense. Resalable condition means that the security tab has never been broken and the tube is not damaged in any way. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to arrive.
Note: Due to the myriad of ailments we all suffer from it is strongly suggested that you use OxyFLEX Comfort Cream for at least 21 days before you evaluate its effectiveness for your particular situation. In some instances OxyFLEX Comfort Cream may take up to 3-4 weeks for you to realize its maximum effectiveness. In others you may realize its benefits in just a few applications. Either way you can always be confident that we will honor our guarantee.
